Refund Policies

Cancellation and Donation Refund Policies

The cancellation and/or refund of donations apply universally to all donors without distinction. Casa del Maquío A.C. will only process donation refunds in exceptional cases, such as administrative errors in processing the donation that must be remedied by the bank and the issuer of the credit or debit card.

Donors may request either cancellation or the cessation of recurring charges by emailing direccion@lacasadelmaquio.org with advance notice of 10 to 5 days prior to the scheduled date for the recurring charge, during which they will receive a response. The reasons and timelines established by current tax regulations at the time of the request will be considered.

To process refund requests, Casa del Maquío A.C. will verify that the amount has been credited to its account and will refund it to the debit card, credit card, or account provided by the donor. The refund will be reflected in the donor’s account within 10 business days, and the donor will be notified by email.

Please note that, in general, refunds will be handled based on the policies and procedures established by Casa del Maquío A.C.
